If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery! If you receive a defective product or the product develops a defect within 30 days of receipt of the product, contact us via e-mail at: jandjsalesinfo@aol.com. We will give you return information. You will need to ship the product back to us at your expense. We will then ship a replacement to you at our expense. At your discretion, you may have a refund of the purchase price excluding S&H, instead of a replacement. Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. ATTENTION PLEASE: Kid Fiesta Rockers come with a 6 month warranty. In case the sound chip fails to work within that period of time, we will send a replacement sound chip only. It is not difficult to replace the chip. The chip will be sent via US Postal Service. Damaged orders will only be repaired or replaced if we are notified within 3 days after delivery!
